The screw technology allows to retain the sucked gas between the stator and the screw chambers (rotors), bringing it from the point of entry into the pump (inlet) to the exhaust.

The SCREWVAC series dry screw vacuum pumps, thanks to the exclusive “hybrid” design of the high efficiency rotors, allow significant energy savings and a low exhaust gas temperature.

The water cooling system allows to better manage the operating temperature of the pump, adapting it to the application purpose.

Furthermore, a special surface treatment of the screws and the stator increases resistance to corrosion, extending the life of the pump.
