The W series pumps are single-stage oil lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps.
The flanged electric motor is coupled by means of an elastic coupling.
Cooling is ensured by a water / oil exchanger connected to a thermostatic valve that regulates the passage of water inside the circuit.
An integrated non-return valve prevents the oil from rising and the air from returning to the chamber to be emptied during the stop phase.
A system for separating the oil mist from the exhaust air is present in the tank; such filtered oil is then recovered by the pump automatically.
Gas ballasts prevent condensation inside the pump when small amounts of vapour are sucked.
The W Series pumps are suitable for the evacuation of closed systems or to operate at a constant vacuum included in the following range:
EU 300W, PVL 541W from 0.5 to 300 mbar (absolute)
EU 300BW, PVL 541BW from 10 to 850 mbar (absolute)
EU 650W from 0.5 to 850 mbar (absolute)
