EU 47/67 are single-stage rotary vane lubricated pumps with oil recirculation.
The flanged electric motor is connected by an elastic coupling for EU 47/67 pumps while in the compact versions EU 47/M 67/M the pump is keyed directly onto the electric motor to be easily integrated into your machinery.
Cooling is ensured by the fans located at the ends of the pump.
A latest generation suction valve, with improved efficiency, prevents the oil from rising from the pump and prevents the air from returning to the chamber to be emptied during the shutdown phase.
The oil tank made in die-casting is provided with a system for separating the oil mists from the exhaust air; the separated oil is automatically recovered from the pump at all working pressures; The integrated oil filter allows a longer life of the lubricant.
The gas ballast mounted on standard pumps prevents condensation inside the pump when small quantities of steam are sucked in; In HWT pumps, the gas ballast always on, allows a high vapour tolerance.
