The PVR NEXT Generation portfolio has a new dry claw vacuum pump:
DRY C 157. It is an innovative product that works in contaminant-free environments and performs better than standard pumps.
The new design of the DRY C 157 is compact, facilitates disassembly of its components and minimizes pump maintenance.

The compression chamber is free of lubricants or sealing fluids.

The gears are oil-immersed, and the same oil provides lubrication for the bearings.
The oil sump is separated from the compression chamber by labyrinth seals. -
Cooling is provided by a fan.

The electric motor is flanged and connected to the motor shaft with a coupling.
The DRY C NEXT Generation series pumps are suitable for evacuating closed systems or for operating at a constant absolute maximum vacuum of:
DRY C 157 up to 80 mbar (absolute)
The DRY C NEXT Generation series pumps are complete with silencer and integrated non-return valve.
It is a vertical stage pump with many related benefits including the easier expulsion of any solid particles or condensate.
In addition, the silencer is integrated and placed under the machine to ensure a limited footprint.

Applications
The applications of the DRY C 157 are many: food, chemical, pharmaceutical, hospital, printing, packaging, handling, paper and waste water treatment.
The DRY C and DRY CR pumps are dry pumps with two claw-shaped rotors which are running with synchronized rotation by means of a pair of gears.

The compression chamber is free of lubricating or sealing fluids.

The gears are oil bath type and the same oil is used to lubricate the bearings.

The oil sump is separated from the compression chamber by labyrinth seals.

Cooling is guaranteed by a fan.

The electric motor is flanged and connected to the lower shaft with a coupling.
The DRY C and DRY CR pump series are suitable for the evacuation of closed systems or to operate at an absolute maximum constant vacuum:
