JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment units.
- Report repair results and equipment conditions to the supervisor based on company standards.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through excellent service performance.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or Associate Degree (D3) in Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems of heavy equipment.
- Able to read and interpret heavy equipment manuals.
- Willing to work in the field and travel for service assignments.
- Possess a valid Class A driving license.
